FAQ
1. What is
a webring?
A Webring is one of
the easiest ways for visitors to navigate the Web. In each Ring, Member
web sites have banded together to form their sites into linked circles.
Their purpose: to allow more visitors to reach them quickly and easily.
By links found most
often at the bottom of Member pages, Visitors can travel all or any of
the sites in a Ring. Rings are based around one subject matter - (Scripts
and Screenplays). Visitors can move through a Ring in either direction,
go to the next or previous site, or list the next five sites in the Ring.
They can jump to a random site in the Ring, or view a list of all the sites
that make up the Ring.
2.
What will I get out of joining a webring?
More visitiors to your
website by people making there way through the ring. It's as simple as
that.
3.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. Joining webrings
is absolutely free. Webrings are a free service of Webring.org
4.
I've joined the ring, now what do I do?
You have to add the
panel of links to your the main page of your site by inserting the HTML
into the source of your page. There are many different panels to choose
from. You can view them here and also
get the source for them. Once you have added the panel to your main page

and notify him. Then after inspection of your site to make sure it meets
the guidelines it wil be added to the ring.
