each panel is a link to the page with the HTML fragment's for the panels so you can copy and paste into yoursource. If you want to open it in a new window right click on the link and select "Open in New Window".
1. The Basic
This one is a basic
list of text links. The colours are customizable so that you can change
them to fit the colour scheme of your page. If you don't change the colours
they will be the same as the text colour and the link colour of the rest
